NHACDL makes every effort to offer high-quality, low-cost CLEs.  We do not pay honorariums to speakers, except in extraordinary circumstances.  We no longer print hard copy written materials.  We schedule our CLEs at facilities that work with us on cost.  Our cancellation policy is that a full refund will be made minus a $25 administrative fee if the attendee cancels at least 24 hours before the CLE is scheduled to begin.  It is not possible to issue a refund if the cancellation is less than 24 hours because the expenses have already been committed.  If the attendee has already received the written materials, a $40 fee is subtracted from the refund.  Written material may also be purchased after a CLE is held for $40.
