NHACDL will hold its annual meeting on December 16, 2016 at the Holiday Inn in Concord.  The meeting will include a free CLE, free food and a cash bar.  This year, the CLE is expanded and is being held in cooperation with the New Hampshire Public Defender and Federal Defender offices. 1 p.m. - Meeting of CJA panel members

1:30 p.m. - 4:30 - CLE on Defense Issues of Deaths Resulting from Overdose (free to members of NHACDL and NHPD)
        -- Applicable State and Federal Law with Ryan Guptil, NHPD - Nashua; Meredith Lugo, NHPD - Keene; and, Robin Melone, Melone Law, Nashua.
        -- The Science of Death Resulting Cases with Dr. Stuart Gitlow, Providence, RI; and, Sabra Botch-Jones, MS, Boston University Medical Center.
        -- Defenses and Mitigation with Lauren Prusiner, NHPD-Stratham; Heather Ward, NHPD-Dover; and, Jon Saxe and Dorothy Graham, Federal Defenders.

4:30 - 5 - Break and social time with free food and a cash bar for NHACDL members.  If you are not yet a member, we will have membership forms available so that you can join in!!

5 - 6 p.m. - NHACDL annual meeting.  Business meeting and awarding of this year's Champion of Justice.
